BOWIE MMA MISSION

We promote the grappling and striking arts in an atmosphere of non-violence, focusing on self defense. You will find a relaxed atmosphere while practicing the disciplines and techniques encompassed by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Judo and Boxing/Muay Thai/Striking.

Our approach and depth of experience differentiate us from the rest.

Bowie MMA hosts two resident Black Belt instructors in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo who provide interactive, hands-on training at our daily classes for students of all levels.

Coaches Carlos Catania, BJJ Black Belt, and Charles Cherry, 2d degree Judo Black Belt & BJJ Brown Belt, maintain a friendly, healthy and respectful attitude on the mat, which provides the ambiance necessary to produce skilled athletes and boost self-confidence.

We create complete, well-rounded students and competitors who will excel in all areas of the arts and take the game to a higher level whether it be for fitness, self defense or competitive training.
