Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Ages 14+)
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a self-defense martial arts, and combat sport based on grappling and submission holds. It focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling the opponent, gaining a dominant position and using a number of techniques for submission by either joint locks or chokeholds.
BJJ revolves around the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger, heavier opponent by using leverage and using a number of holds and submissions to defeat them. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling and in self-defense.

Body Fit Boot Camp (Ages 16+)
Body Fit Boot Camp is a 30-minute circuit training class that mixes calisthenics, body weight exercises, cardio and weight training to improve muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Kids Karate (Ages 5-12)
Tae Kwon Do (TKD) is a traditional Korean Martial Arts that teaches fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind. TKD is a global sport that has gained an international reputation, and stands among the official games in the Olympics.
At Bellicose Martial Arts, we teach Tae Kwon Do to kids ranging from 5 - 12 years old. TKD classes consist of learning forms, sparring, improving confidence, fitness, self-esteem, and focus.
Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Ages 5-13)
Our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) classes consist primarily of the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. However, we teach techniques from other disciplines to include Judo, wrestling, and occasionally boxing for a complete kids self-defense system. Krav Maga (Ages 13+)
Krav Maga is the official self-defense and hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), and has evolved to include training for use by special forces and paramilitary teams, as well as police and law enforcement, in addition to the general public. The principles that define Krav Maga allow students of all ages, ability, and walks of life to quickly and effectively learn the techniques and skills necessary to deal with violent encounters. Krav Maga's principles allow an individual to adapt to situations ranging from combat and fighting to street attacks under high levels of stress.
Founded on real world experience and demands, Krav Maga is primarily focused on the use of natural movements and reactions for defense. Trainees of Krav Maga are taught in a logical and straightforward fashion, making learning rapid. The goal of Krav Maga is to bring individuals, both men and women of all body types and physical abilities, to a high level of proficiency in a short amount of time.
The natural and intuitive nature of Krav Maga leads to high retention of learned skills, and natural, almost reflexive, deployment in stressful situations. Physical fitness and strength are also part of Krav Maga training, preparing the body and mind for dealing with life threatening situations, and everyday life. Krav Maga is the most effective system that focuses on defending yourself while quickly and effectively devastating your opponent.
Thai Kickboxing (Adult BJJ students)
Thai Kickboxing is designed for the true beginner student, use of proper technique is always emphasized in Bellicose's Kickboxing and Boxing program.
New students will immediately notice the camaraderie and relationships formed while they have fun surpassing their goals and learning the most effective striking techniques in the world.
Our program is based on Thai Boxing the national sport of Thailand, however, Bellicose's Thai Kickboxing program is practical self0defense due to our incorporating boxing and American Kickboxing.

Beginners start any time. Students do not have to fight or spar. Who can join? Attendance in this class is by invitation only. This class is available to all Brazilian Jiu Jitsu students blue belt or above. For consideration outside of that parameter, see Coach Charles for approval.
Kids After School Martial Arts Program
A fun and safe after school alternative to daycare!
Our After School Martial Arts Program is a constructive alternative to after school care for children who are interested in martial arts, developing leadership and sportsmanship skills, and getting into shape through physical conditioning.
Our program has become very popular over the last few years, so space can quickly become limited. We offer a waitlist option and evening programs that may accommodate your schedule in lieu of our After School Martial Arts program.
Kids Summer Camp Martial Arts Program (Ages 5-10)
While you're at work all day, Bellicose Martial Arts would like to offer peace of mind knowing that your child is safe, happy, and having a fantastic summer.
We hope to assist your child with learning valuable life skills, while staying physically active, and making new friends at Bellicose Martial Arts Summer Camp!
The fun doesn't have to end when summer camp end! Ask our staff about our After School Martial Arts program with transportation provided from your school, or enroll your child into one of our kids martial arts programs.
